Optical recognition of documents is a key activity of our company. So far, we have earned a great experience in handling documents of different quality and format. The best algorithm of page layout is produced for every document. The document is processed subject to the requirements set to the files prepared for translation.

Most often, the documents are recognized into MS Word documents (.doc, .docx). Specifics of these documents are taken into account in the course of recognition: the unwanted formatting tags are deleted, the document’s structure is optimized, the segments’ integrity is verified.

Upon request, we are able to recognize documents into MS PowerPoint or Excel, provided that the document structure may be reproduced in such format.

In the course of handling the document, the same undergoes a double check for incorrectly recognized characters. Should text recognition be impossible due to the poor quality of the source text, the customer is warned of the same in advance.
