Post-translation formatting at the first glance seems to be an easy task – to adjust the text in the layout design. However, in fact, this often requires vast knowledge and skills. The DTP specialist should not merely make the text visible and easy to read, but also preserve the document style and retain the document design.

Before starting formatting, our specialists undertake a comprehensive analysis of a document, checking the structure and all the elements thereof. The formatting covers testing the links operability, the text fields and interactive elements are updated.
Once formatting covers the Arabic language, the document is completely remade up to read right to left. Additionally, the correctness of punctuation marks and quotation marks inscription may be checked for the target documents.
Should formatting disclose any translation related problems – untranslated text, erroneously translated text or any other problems, our manager will contact you and advise of the problem, as soon as the latter is unveiled. Thus, you will be able to correct any errors before the formatting is completed, receiving the finished file on time and without delay.
